Chittara Folk Art: A hands-on workshop 

Chittara is a traditional muraling artform from the Deevaru Community residing in Shimoga district, Karnataka. In this hands-on workshop, participants will learn about the symbolism, natural colors, and eco-friendly materials used in Chittara art. By the end of the session, participants will have knowledge of a beautiful artform from this state, coupled with valuable insights about the community and their very own art piece! This workshop is a fun experience for children aged 12 years and above, and adults alike!
