Cancellations & Refund
If something isn’t quite right, we’re here to help make it right. Read on for how cancellation and refund requests are managed.
1. Scope & Eligibility

Returns or refunds are accepted only in the case of damaged or defective products, or if the book received does not match the order (e.g., incorrect title).

Please note: Returns due to change of mind or dissatisfaction are not eligible.
2. Time Frame

The request must be initiated within 3 days of product delivery.

The returned book must reach our facility within 10 days of delivery.
3. Conditions for Return

The book must be unused, in its original condition, and preferably in its original packaging.

It should not show signs of wear, marking, or mishandling.
4. How to Initiate a Return

Email us at cfria.art@gmail.com with your order details (Order ID, delivery date) and a brief description of the issue.

Please include a clear photo or video showing the damage or defect.
5. Return Shipping

If the issue is due to our error (e.g., damaged book or wrong item delivered), CFRIA will cover the return shipping cost.

In other cases (e.g., improper handling), the customer will be responsible for return shipping.
6. Refund or Replacement

For eligible cases: Once the returned book is received and inspected, we will notify you of the outcome.

If approved:

Refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 5–7 business days.

Alternatively, you may opt for a replacement (subject to availability).
