Cancellations & Refund

If something isn’t quite right, we’re here to help make it right. Read on for how cancellation and refund requests are managed.

1. Scope & Eligibility

  • Returns or refunds are accepted only in the case of damaged or defective products, or if the book received does not match the order (e.g., incorrect title).

  • Please note: Returns due to change of mind or dissatisfaction are not eligible.
     

2. Time Frame

  • The request must be initiated within 3 days of product delivery.

  • The returned book must reach our facility within 10 days of delivery.
     

3. Conditions for Return

  • The book must be unused, in its original condition, and preferably in its original packaging.

  • It should not show signs of wear, marking, or mishandling.
     

4. How to Initiate a Return

  • Email us at cfria.art@gmail.com with your order details (Order ID, delivery date) and a brief description of the issue.

  • Please include a clear photo or video showing the damage or defect.
     

5. Return Shipping

  • If the issue is due to our error (e.g., damaged book or wrong item delivered), CFRIA will cover the return shipping cost.

  • In other cases (e.g., improper handling), the customer will be responsible for return shipping.
     

6. Refund or Replacement

  • For eligible cases: Once the returned book is received and inspected, we will notify you of the outcome.

  • If approved:
     

    • Refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 5–7 business days.

    • Alternatively, you may opt for a replacement (subject to availability).
